Balance Bethlehem

An entrepreneurial couple from Franconia bought property on Main Street in Bethlehem with a vision for a simple, clean lined, modern, peaceful Wellness Center featuring multiple yoga studios, multiple practitioner offices for cranial-sacral massage and acupuncture, a kitchen for classes and a hang out area for folks to unwind and congregate before and after class.

This was the first project where we used open riser “floating” maple treads. Super cool. In addition we learned to use CO2 controls to modulate ventilation air supply to the studios when they were full and back down to a whisper between classes. This improved energy efficiency and thermal comfort for the occupants.

The entrepreneurs went on to explore new adventures and the Wellness Center has now been re-imagined as a unique tasting room for a local brew pub.

Check out the reincarnation as Rek’lis Pint House
