An arts and education thought leader in the area wanted to develop a project on the Ammonoosuc River in Littleton. Wow! What a wonderful opportunity for Garland Mill.

After a year of searching for property and meeting with local partners, we came across a group of businesses and non-profits that were starting to flourish but had outgrown their first homes. 23 Ammonoosuc was born and has been a thriving part of the center of Littleton ever since.
