Norton Off Grid Camp

residential  i  lake house  i  camp

A lovely couple from Saint Johnsbury asked us to design and build a small camp on a lake in Norton Vermont. The frame was pine and we conspired to design it in three bents of arch trusses with a flurry of pegs.

They introduced us to a friend of theirs who mills white cedar and we’ve been buying white cedar tongue and groove cladding from him ever since.

The cabin continues to shine.
